The Sets of Exercises present physical movement activities which support the proper development of child's body posture and of his or her main motor skills. The sets envisage a plan for activities throughout the teaching year, week by week, and they come complete with morning activities, main sets of activities, afternoon activities, exercises for breaks and those implemented for children to cool down. The publication includes a total of forty weekly sets, four per month.
The exercise instructions feature QR codes providing access to photos showing the initial positions for exercises. Another set of QRs gives access to videos presenting the most important elements of selected exercises. Links to the videos are also included in the descriptions of other exercises in a given category that are similar to those filmed. All videos can also be found in the Video Exercise Guide tab.
